Jessica’s journey with PSW is a true reflection of dedication, growth, and commitment. Since joining the organization in 2010, she has steadily progressed through the years, beginning in Assembly and eventually bringing her talents to the Copy Center.

We are incredibly grateful to have Jessica as part of our Copy Center team. In November 2024, she began her PIP program, where she expanded her skill set by learning computer skills, industrial paper cutting, sublimation, and more. Her determination and willingness to grow led to her well-earned promotion to Job Coach I in May 2025.

In her role, Jessica not only supports and coaches our individuals with patience and care, but she also delivers exceptional customer service. Her warm, welcoming personality and contagious smile leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets. In fact, customers have taken the time to share their positive experiences with supervisors, recognizing her helpfulness and outstanding service.

Jessica is truly an asset to the Copy Center, and her continued growth and dedication inspire both her team and the customers she serves.
