Chosen from thousands of Direct Support Professionals across California, LeeAnna was recognized for her exceptional dedication, leadership, and commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Through her work across multiple PSW programs, LeeAnna helps individuals build confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills. From creating individual-led safety meetings and supporting employment readiness to coaching Special Olympics and directing the individuals’ choir, she consistently creates opportunities for people to discover their strengths and achieve their goals.

As a certified Work Incentive Practitioner, she also helps individuals make informed decisions about their benefits and financial future, ensuring they have the knowledge and support to pursue greater independence.
