Vince has proven to be an incredible asset to PSW since joining just over one year ago. From day one, he has consistently displayed a work ethic second to none and a passion for everything he is assigned. He never fails to greet others with a smile and leaves everyone knowing their concerns are being addressed. His response to employee tickets and requests across the company is always timely and impressive.

With recent retirements and movement within the maintenance team, Vince has stepped up to take on additional duties and responsibilities. He willingly accepts each challenge and is quickly becoming proficient in every new task. He shows strong initiative in maintaining his preventive maintenance schedule and continues to grow by earning certifications related to his duties on his own time.
