July Employee of the Month – Cindy Padilla

Cindy serves as a DSP I/Transportation Assistant. She is a sweet, kind, warm, and generous person who consistently brings a smile and positivity to all those around her. Cindy demonstrates a high level of dependability and a strong work ethic. She works every morning for the Transportation Department on the wheelchair route, making sure all the individuals are transported safely to the program. When they have completed their four runs in the morning, Cindy then proceeds to Club 621, where she plays an integral part of the team. She maintains a positive, caring, and professional relationship with parents, care providers, outside agencies, and all the individuals at PSW.

Cindy is consistently willing to assist anyone, often going above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. She is a tremendous asset to PSW.
