Debbie was nominated at a recent Senior Management Team meeting to represent PSW as our November Employee of the Month. All in attendance were already well aware of her top-notch performance and amazing attitude toward everything she is tasked with, so the decision to recognize her was unanimous among managers.

The dedication and hard work she brings to PSW each and every day are deeply appreciated by her supervisors, peers, and all those she serves. Debbie does not just show up each day. She arrives ready to give 110 percent.

This past year, Debbie took on the responsibility and challenge of leading our laundry department. She has not only met the expectations set forth, but has consistently exceeded them across the board, always with a big smile and a positive attitude. Because of her efforts, our contracts are completed with time to spare. When a last-minute order comes in, her response is always, “We got this,” and she delivers every time.
