PSW Employment Services are available to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to enter the workforce, gain experience, or grow in their current roles. We support individuals at all stages of their employment journey, offering person-centered services that meet them where they are and help them move forward with purpose. From career exploration and skill-building to on-the-job coaching and long-term support, we’re committed to helping each person find meaningful work, achieve their goals, and thrive in the community.

We prepare and connect you with a workforce ready to meet your needs. Our team delivers comprehensive preparation, training, and job placement services to equip your future employees for success. Currently, many individuals are gaining hands-on experience through on-the-job training, advancing through our specialized TEWLS pre-employment program, and participating in Department of Rehabilitation work programs. Last year alone, we provided thousands of hours of training and support to develop a skilled, job-ready workforce.
