Currently, many individuals are gaining hands-on experience through on-the-job training, advancing through our specialized TEWLS pre-employment program, and participating in Department of Rehabilitation work programs. Last year alone, we provided thousands of hours of training and support to develop a skilled, job-ready workforce.
