ILP Case Manager – Porterville & Visalia/Hanford – ILP dept.

Provide assistance in the training of trainees with intellectual disabilities. Assist in evaluating, planning, and developing individual goal plans and services. Implement and record appropriate data regarding trainee’s progress on goals set and services. Function as a lead and provide training to co-workers, new hires, and/or temporary employees using verbal communication, hands on training, and modeling. Knowledge of Word/ Excel/Power Point. Must be able to exercise sound judgment, initiative, organization and skills in directing the work of others. $18.00 - $33.40/ hour. HS diploma /GED required from equivalent from an accredited national or regional agency. Two years’ experience in related fields of habilitation, social services, or Experience substituted. General Laborer – Recycling

Must be willing & able to work with intellectually/physically disabled individuals. Work Schedule varies Monday-Saturday. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Work in inclement weather. Wear proper safety equipment boots, hard hats to be worn daily. Must be able to work in production type contracts/work. Responsible for organizing, categorizing, and separating recycling products and materials brought in by customers. Will sort items/ separate them into designated categories or destinations. May program and operate conveyors, scales, glass breaker and baler. Any forklift, conveyor, & hydraulics experience is a plus. Must be able to pass DOJ&FBI Fingerprinting/Live scan background with clearance, pass pre-employment physical/TB drug/alcohol.
