Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Seeking a strong leader to manage team and provide therapy services to individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities for PSW. Facilitate employee training as it relates to promoting independence, behavioral interventions and treatment plans. Be able to train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s), complete evaluations, develop behavior plans, complete observations and data collection. Strong assessment and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills. Great initiative; a Self-starter with creative mind, highly organized, able to multi-task and work independently, High work ethic and self-accountability, Team player. Must be able to exercise sound judgment, organization and skills/experience in directing the supervision of others. Wages commensurate with experience/education. Annual salary $67,000.00 - $85,000.00. Must be able to pass: DOJ & FBI Live scan background with clearance, pre-employment physical/TB drug/alcohol. Clean DMV Record, must be 21 years of age. ILP Case Manager – Porterville & Corcoran/Hanford

Corcoran/Hanford area. Provide assistance in the training of individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities (IDD) . Assist in evaluating, planning, and developing individual goal plans and services. Implement and record appropriate data regarding Individual’s progress on goals set and services. Function as a lead and provide training to co-workers, new hires, and/or temporary employees using verbal communication, hands on training, and modeling. Must be able to exercise sound judgment, initiative, organization and skills in directing the work of others. $18.00 - $33.40/ hour. HS diploma /GED required from equivalent from an accredited national or regional agency. Two years’ experience in related fields of habilitation, social services, or Experience substituted.
